My Approach

By combining behavioral therapies with insight-based talk therapy, I seek to teach you practical therapeutic skills and help you discover your true self. Rather than taking a backseat to our feelings, I want to help you to get back into the driver’s seat and start living your life the way you’ve always wanted.

Expect to walk away from each session learning something new, either about yourself or a new technique to use in your daily life. The skills I teach are ones I use myself regularly and have found to be beneficial. Each session typically includes assignments for you to complete outside of therapy, helping to translate discussions and learning into real-life action and progress.

  • Using ACT, I help clients cultivate psychological flexibility, embrace their values, and take committed action toward meaningful life changes, fostering resilience and well-being through mindful acceptance and purposeful engagement. Learn to accept who you are, change what you aren't, and move towards who you want to truly be.

  • As a therapist specializing in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), I guide clients through structured exercises where they gradually confront fears and overcome anxiety by resisting compulsions, fostering resilience and empowerment in managing challenging situations. Learn to face your fears head on and take on life's challenges rather than avoiding them and missing out on what matters in life.

  • Using MBT, I assist clients in developing their capacity to understand their own thoughts and feelings, as well as those of others, fostering healthier relationships and emotional resilience through enhanced self-awareness and empathy.

  • Habit optimization involves refining your daily routines to build positive habits and eliminate unproductive ones. By using targeted strategies to consciously shape behaviors that align with your life goals, you can improve productivity, overcome a lack of motivation, and level up in life.
