About Me
As someone who has been in therapy myself, I have seen the positive change it can bring, having helped me overcome personal trauma and overwhelming driving anxiety after a car accident. Through therapy I gained insight around my anxiety and learned practical tools that I continue to use to this day.
I understand that repeatedly answering 'How does that make you feel?' can be frustrating. Drawing from my personal experience both as a therapy client and practitioner, I bring energy into my sessions and create forward momentum to help clients get unstuck.
Since 2019, I've worked in a treatment center setting and have encountered a variety of diagnoses. However, I specialize in OCD and Anxiety, having conducted Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy with clients in vivo and received years of formal supervision in utilizing different therapeutic skills to treat these conditions.
